Outlook Express 6

Can anyone tell me please?
How do I go about setting up my customer WAB so that when I send them a
general email...I can have:
Dear (firstname),
How are things going at (company)

Regards,
Mike

All you can do with OE's options is to create a template containing what you
want in every message, and add the rest later.

Open a New Message window and create the standard greeting you want. Then:
File | Save As. Select the *.eml extension, name it and save it to the
Desktop. Now you can just click on that icon to get what you created.

Not something you can do directly with OE.

You'd need to use a different mail program, such as Outlook 2000+ or
possibly an add-on such as this

Send Personally for Outlook Express
