Styles - text set to 'Normal' keeps reverting to 'TOC4'
I have a user who is ready to jump under a bus.
She is creating a table in a document using the Normal.dot template (in which we have pre-formatted several styles (Body text, normal, Heading1-9, bullet and number). PC O/S is windows 2000 using Office-2000, she reckons this problem has only started since we updated the styles in Normal.dot. Could we have inadvertently done something else to cause this? For some reason the style in the table appears to be TOC4, she changes this to 'normal' but it appears to keep insisting on reverting back to TOC4 when she goes back into the cell? Nobody else has reported this problem. Please help, Thanks |

There might be a better way, but what I would do is select the table,
convert it to text, format the text with the Normal style, and convert the text back into a table. JulieG wrote: I have a user who is ready to jump under a bus.
