How do you make a contact private in Outlook 2007 on a 03 exchange
Open a Contact in 2007 and on the ribbon (the toolbar at to of screen)
there's a padlock icon. That's the Private button. It can be used to prevent others for seeing particulr Contacts ONCE you have given other users on your MS Exchange network permission to your Contacts Folder. Irrelevant if nobody has permissin to your folder and if you do not use Exchange. Regards Judy Gleeson MVP Outlook www.judygleeson.com www.deskdoctors.com Are you sick of bad email practice?
