Default How to represent a many-to-many relationship in Visio 2003?

I want to model a many-to-many relationship in Visio 2003. I know that
before implementation it will be replaced with an intersecting table
and two one-to-many relationships, but for now I just want to leave it
as many-to-many. I can't seem to figure out how to represent this in
Visio 2003. Is the only way to create 2 separate relationships, one in
each direction?
