taking a small org. chart and printing it on a plotter

I have an org. chart that is 8.5 x 11 and I want to blow it up and print it
out on a plotter. I can't seem to find out how to get the background 44" x
34" and then take the drawing and stretch it to fit. Can anyone help? When
I try to select the entire org. chart and do a shift/drag one of the corners
it's not selecting the whole chart to let me do it. I'm having to go into
each box in the drawing with my shift key down and selecting them all and the
connectors which isn't working. any help would be great!

You can leave the background 8 1/2 x 11:
Go to Page Setup, change the printer paper to Size E, check the "Fit to 1
sheet across by 1 sheet down" box, go into setup, printer, change to your
plotter, then change the Application Page Size and Fit to This Page size to
Size E.

If you set up all your templates to the Fit to 1 sheet, you will only have
to change the printer settings in the future.
