Default Unable to get hotmail messages...

I have been usine OE6 as my default email client for some time now. I have
always been able to retreive my hotmail email from OE6. Now all of sudden I
get the following error...

"Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account:
'Wildbluerose98', Server:
'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol: HTTPMail,
Server Response: 'This operation is not permitted for this type of client.',
Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 122, Error Number: 0x800CCC33"

Can anyone tell me what is wrong here? Is anyone else experiencing the same
problems?

I think that's SOP: Hotmail's been turning that off over time for those who
had already existing accounts when they stopped allowing it.
IIRC you have to pay for that now, but not sure; I quit using it.

Windows version? Are you running a third-party firewall (e.g., ZoneAlarm)?

IE Tools Internet Options Privacy Sites: type in

hotmail.com

and Allow Cookies.
