Default Conditional Formatting - Times

tHow can I work out using conditional formating that this employee is double
booked with the time scheduled falling in between a current workshop he is
already scheduled at? I have one colume called Scheduling conflicts which I
want to have a formular that comes up red when an issue has occured.

Employee Name Date Scheduled Start Scheduled End

Tell us how the data us set out
Hopefully, the name is in one column, the start time in another and the end
time in a third
If the times are stuffed into one column they will be text and very hard to
work with
best wishes
