Default excell file size

Why my excel file is to big (about 1,900 Kb) even its empty? I try to delete
all formula and sheet (just standard file, except worksheet name is change),
but still big in file size. I try to scan the file too and it's no virus
detect.
can you help me to solve the problem?

If you hit ctrl-end on that worksheet, what cell is selected?

Maybe resetting the last used cell would help. Debra Dalgleish shares this:

Maybe you have hidden sheets or hidden objects on the visible sheets?
