I need to insert a picture into a buy and sell but I cannot paste. My copy

I don't know what you mean by a *buy and sell*, but if you want to put a
picture into the body of an e-mail, save it to your HDD first and then in
the new message, Insert | Picture and Browse to where you saved it. If you
copy and paste, the recipient will most likely just see a red X.
