Default Why does Visio not publish web page 2?

In Visio 2003, I have a two-page document that I am publishing as a Web page.
I select to publish all pages, but only page one (jpg_1.jpg) is created. When
I view the document in IE, there is a navigation control where I can select
between Page-1 and Page-2, but when I select Page-2, IE cannot find it
(because jpg_2.jpg doesn't exist.) What can I do to overcome this problem?

You need to select Pages: from 1 to 2 in your case. Can't say why but that
is how I got all my pages. Don't forget to link page 1 to page 2 using a
hyperlink and selecting the page from the Sub-address: section.
