Default Word Document can only open half size

When I open a Word document, the window can only open half size. You can not
maximum it or enlarge it by dragging the edge. You can not move the whole
window either. Please let me know how to make the window full size again!
Thanks!!

Are you talking about the Window or the representation of the Document, For
the latter, you use the Zoom function (In Word 2007, it is a slider at the
right hand end of the Status Bar at the bottom of the screen. If it does
not appear there, right click on the Status Bar and check the Zoom box.
