Default Third Automatic Bullet or Number Is Left-Aligned

I am using Word 2003 and am finding that the third automatic bullet is left
aligned, although the bullets or numbers above it are indented. Any
suggestions on solving this problem would be much appreciated.

I have followed the instructions presented in the support article foreword
2007, but this did not
workhttp://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/183002?p=1
