Default Paper size choice in 2003

I would like to print out a report on 11 X 17 paper, but I am only given a
choice of legal and letter. Now do I create a custom size paper?

The answer to this question depends on your printer driver.

Go to the Windows Control Panel, and open Printers.
Chose the Properties for the printer you use.
In one of the pages of the dialog box, you should be able to define the
paper for that printer, but the actual location varies with the printer. In
some cases (esp. Win 2000 and XP), there are mutiple places where you have
to enter these things before it shows up.
