Trouble using the arrow keys on a excel chart I copied into powerp
I have charts created in excel and then copied into powerpoint (2007)...when
I select the boarder of the chart and try and move it with the arrow keys, it does not work for me…this was possible in my previous version of powerpoint…does anyone know why it doesn’t work in this new version? Is there some other key I have to hit at the same time as the arrow keys to get it to move? |

Trouble using the arrow keys on a excel chart I copied into po
Hi John, thanks for your suggestion, but it doesn't work for me. I'm not
sure why. Should it? Is it possible something was not installed correctly on my computer? It is not working on my co-workers machine either... Click away from the chart.
Press CTRL. Then click the chart. You should now have little round selection handles on the chart, and at this point, using the arrows on your keyboard will nudge the chart. -- Echo [MS PPT MVP] http://www.echosvoice.com What's new in PPT 2010? http://www.echosvoice.com/2010.htm Fixing PowerPoint Annoyances http://tinyurl.com/36grcd PowerPoint 2007 Complete Makeover Kit http://tinyurl.com/32a7nx "Ambrosia" wrote in message ...
