Default Cannot cancel meetings

I am always having to delete appointments, because I
can't seem to figure out how to cancel them. The help
menu tells me to open the appointment and go to the
Actions menu and click "cancel meeting". This seems easy
enough, but the "cancel meeting" option is not listed
under the Actions menu. Any advise?

The Cancel Meeting option will only appear on meetings/appointments for
which you are the organizer. If you are the organizer and this option does
not appear, please post back - you did not say in your original message what
your role is in this.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer,
asked:
