OUTLOOK
i just started to use outlook. my son set it up on my laptop.
all my email gets transferred to my outlook acct on my laptop. when i go to my office or look on my other computers, my aol mail is empty, How can i keep the email on aol , so i can read my email when i do not have access to my laptop thanks docnadler |

The "access" in this group refers to the database program Microsoft Access. Scroll down the list of subject areas on the left of the screen and find Outlook, and post your question there. Dear docnadler,
I am a neophyte at PC work. I had that problem when my yahoo mail was transferred to Windows Mail and my yahoo box was empty. Please et further advice, perhaps from your son, since I'm new at this, but I believe that on my PC with Windows Vista, I can go to the start menu, click it and get a default programs option which gives me the ability to choose yahoo as the default mail program which will again put the mail back into the yahoo box. However, there may be other unknown consequences to such an action. I recommend you get further advice. You don't say which version of Outlook so I can't give you specifics. gls858 |
