Default Error installing office 2007 enterprise

We want to give our employees by way ot the Home Use Program. The first
testuser is not able to install. He is getting this message:

Setup can not be continued due to the following error:
To install a Microsoft Office Language Pack is another of the 2007 Microsoft
Office system on your computer. An installation of Microsoft Office Project
and Microsoft Office Visio does not meet this requirement, because these
programs have separate language packs. Solve the above problems and then run
Setup again.

He is running Windows XP home on his computer. He had Office 2003 installed.
A removal of office 2003 did not help. Any ideas?

Which Office version of Microsoft Office Language Pack did he install? If
the version of Office and Office Language Pack does not match, it will not
let you install Microsoft Office Language Pack.

Thank you,

Support is free from Microsoft on Office Enterprise versions

Call the appropriate number and speak to a live person. Have all your documentation
at hand because it will be asked for.

Here you will find the Phone numbers and email addresses as to where and whom to
contact about Office Enterprise and your issue.
