MS Office 2003 failure to install

I am trying to install is the Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003. It
brings up the error message during the setup process. The setup window shows

Installation Progess.
Current Action:
Waiting for cabinets to be cached to local Installation source.
File: CP561403.CAB

Any help or suggestions much appreciated, thank you
