Sorry to say you've picked the wrong group here - this is about the
Access database.

However, see:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...507931033.aspx
.... especially the bit about POP3.

The webpage can be confusing and seems to have misled you. The "access" in
this group refers to the database program Microsoft Access.

Scroll down the list of subject areas on the left of the screen and find
Outlook, and post your question there. It would help if you indicate what
version of Outlook you're using (2007, 2003, other...)

Dear docnadler,

I am a neophyte at PC work. I had that problem when my yahoo mail was
transferred to Windows Mail and my yahoo box was empty. Please et further
advice, perhaps from your son, since I'm new at this, but I believe that on
my PC with Windows Vista, I can go to the start menu, click it and get a
default programs option which gives me the ability to choose yahoo as the
default mail program which will again put the mail back into the yahoo box.

However, there may be other unknown consequences to such an action. I
recommend you get further advice.

Bye,
Will

Go to help in Outlook and search for leave copy on server. You don't say
which version of Outlook so I can't give you specifics.
