Outlook 2003 Configuration
Outlook changed, don't know why and now can't configure. Outlook was
configured to view an email in a "reading pane" and has been working fine for a long time. Suddenly it isn't and when I go to "view-reading pane", it's grayed out and I'm unable to configure it. I've looked most places I know and can't find a solution or why it's suddenly grayed out and unconfigurable. Assistance please.. many thanks. D -- David..Vizslas of Texas

I've gone to tools-options-other and changed the configuration there... and now of these have un-grayed the reading pane option.. Forgot to update... tried you suggestion and directions to reset... done,
