Default Can an access report be updated once it is built?

I have a huge databse built with many tables and am in need of updating a
report that I have already generated but had noticed a mistake in one of my
tables and after fixing that, the report did not reflect the change. Am I
missing something here or what? I can not for the life of me figure out how
or remember if it can be updated without starting over.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!!!

Open the report in design view. You can then update control sources and
other properties as needed.

Open the report in design view. Anything that needs changing can be done there.
After changes in the table start with the RecordSource property of the report.
