Default Changing Name on Standard Template = Tables, Forms and Queries

I downloaded the Template Personal Contact Manager. I want to change the I
want to change the Tables/Form names etc from Conatct to Vendor. I can do
this with the Rename function. However when I try to save the Database I get
the message "The form name "Contact List" is mispelled or refers to a form
that doesn't exist. If the invalid form name is in a macro and Action failed
dialog box will display the macro name and the macros argument after you
click OK. Open the Macro window and enter the correct form name. After I
click OK there is no dialog box. Can anyone help me find out what is
referencing the FORM Contact List in this Standard Template ... Access 2007

Thanks, Max

Check in Tools, Startup. Contact List might be listed as the form to
open on startup.
