Default Tinting a photo

I'm working on a brochure and would like to tint a picture and keep the color
scheme. I am able to do this in Print Shop, but not in Publisher. It's not
giving me the same options and the options it does give me it changes the
color scheme. How do I tint a picture and keep the same colors?

Edit your photo in Print Shop then insert it into your Publisher file.
