Envelope format

I can't print a DL envelope more than once when I use my address book contacts from outlook. The next time (straight after the first envelope) I try to print the same DL envelope format a message comes up that the margins are outside the printable area and then I know that it will only print part of my return address in the very bottom left hand corner of the envelope. I haven't done anything to change the settings. It is maddening because the only way to get an envelope to print after the first one is to restart the computer. Just exiting Word and starting it again does not fix the problem.
