build your query.

Under the MALE field (not sure what name you used) put the criteria as true.

On the same line under the MARRIED field, put true.

On the same line under the 3TO6MONTHS field, put true.

That will pull all the records that meet your criteria. Placing all the
items on the same line indicates that all three must match for the record to
pull.

I could not find the other one today. But the reply that I did get for the one on 7/7 was not helpful. I rated the one on 7/7 as not being helpful.

Good Afternoon Rick;

I will try your suggestion and it is not wasting your time. The one I posted on th 7/5 I got one response and it was not helpful. I rated that one. I went to try and find it again today and I could not. That is why I posted another question with more detail.

I will try your suggestion and rate/reply. I really appreciate it.

Thank You

Joe Richardson

Default QUERY DESIGNED TO MATCH MULTIPE QUESTIONS FOR A NUMBER OUTPUT

Good Afternoon Rick B;

I tried your suggestion and the query gave me a list for "Male" and "Married" with alot of checkboxes under the two columns. I pretty sure it is accurate but how do I now get it to show a total count so I can have it as a report output.

Thank you in advance.

I am not good at totals. I normally build the totals into my reports and I
always have to go back and look at previously-built ones to see how to do
it.

I think you'd do...

=count([YourFieldName]

in an unbound field in the section footer of your report.

I had asked if you might provide some sample data records and desired
output/display. Sometimes it takes some effort on your part to provide the
required information so that we don't have to guess how your tables are
structured and how you want your results to look.

I will forward a copy of it to you via your e-mail. I saw the ATS 2000 you have on the developers web page and that was awesome. I don't think I am that skilled to do something like that. However I will send what I have to your e-mail listed on that page.

Thanks Again;

Joe Richardson
