Default Error Crashing Outlook XP

I've been running into the following on occasion and was wondering if anyone else had seen this problem --

Description:
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.6626.0, faulting module shlwapi.dll, version 6.0.2800.1400, fault address 0x00026ca6.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

I'm running SP3 on Outlook and SP2 on Windows XP Home. This started occuring after I set up Outlook to handle my AOL mail through IMAP. I've been able to get the email OK but the error is rather annoying. I've also gone to the above link and found no information.

Thanks..

Jimmy,
Microsoft claims this to be a problem with the mso.dll file. They state that the problem is corrected in Office's SP3 and you can verify this at the links below. However, you state that you already have SP3. I have seen where service pack installs don't always replace all the files they are suppose to. I recommend you reinstall Office's SP3 with you computer booted to safe mode with no other applications running to be sure nothing hinders it from replacing all the files that it should. After, reboot to normal mode and check to see if you still get the error. Let me know how you make out.

Jim..

I looked at the 2 links you provided in your post and admit to being a little confused on where they connect to the problem I have. Could you be a little more specific on how they connect?

Thanks..
