Printing the Calendar
Your problem is in the settings. In calendar view with TaskPad, right click on the word TaskPad. Select 'Customize Current View', then 'Filter', then 'A dvanced'. Once there, set some TaskPad filtering conditions that describe what you want. I have: Status--not equal to--completed Start Date--on or before--today Start Date--does not exist Then select OK or whatever to save everything, and you're back in calendar view. This may have changed your TaskPad view to display real-world stuff. I suggest exiting Outlook and then re-starting it. No need to re-boot. Try to print and see what happens. This has worked for us. Because now, if they print that, they would have a huge list of tasks, including completed tasks. I wasn't able to find any check mark or so for that. If you go on Tasks folder and you try to print there, you have an option to print only the selected rows, but still it is not to handy. Outlook 2003 Pro, Win 2k and XP pro Thanks in advance, Mike * -- tousley ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Posted via http://www.mcse.ms ------------------------------------------------------------------------ View this thread: http://www.mcse.ms/message602940.html |
