Overlapping biweekly appointments
I'm having an overlapping problem with biweekly recurring appointments in
Outlook 2000. If I set: "Appointment 1" to start on 5/10/04 with no end date, recurrance = weekly, every 2 weeks, Sun,M,Tu,W,Th,Fr,Sat checked and "Appointment 2" to start on 5/17/04 with no end date, recurrance = weekly, every 2 weeks, Sun,M,Tu,W,Th,Fr,Sat checked then I get both Appointment 1 and Appointment 2 on Sunday May 23, 2004. Basically "Appointment 1" should be Mon thru Sun of 1 week and then "Appointment 2" should be Mon thru Sun of the next. (It's a parenting schedule). Thanks, Bob rhw (at) att (dot) net |

Overlapping biweekly appointments
I ended up creating 4 recurring appointments to resolve this.
The first "Appointment 1" starts 5/10/04 and is scheduled for M,Tu,W,Th,Fr, and Sat every 2 weeks and The second "Appointment 1" is scheduled for Sun every 2 weeks I then did the same thing with "Appointment 2" starting on 5/17/04.
