Default Printing weekly calendars

In Outlook 2007 I schedule 10 minute appointments; however when I go to
print, I cannot see what time the appointments are scheduled because of the
lay out. There are bubbles for each appointment but they are staggered in the
space. VERY confusing. How can I get it to print like 2003 did?

I am not sure I was clear with this comment. In 2003 the weekly print out
looked like the screen. It was almost a spread sheet. What happened to that?
Why is the print out so different from the screen? Am I stuck or can this be
modified. Please help!

Try the Outlook Calendar Printing Assistant.

I did all that but it still prints out the weekly calendar in 15 minutes
which makes the 10 minute appointments appear jumbled up. I can't see
anything that the Calendar assistant did differently.
