How do you double space in word 2007?
Cat,
This newsgroup deals with Microsoft Access, a relational database application. You'll have better luck trying this question on an n/g that deals with Word. Hint: If you have a specific question like this, a quick Google search under "double space" "word" yeilded this solution. To double space or change the spacing of text in Microsoft Word follow the below steps. 1.. Open Microsoft Word and the document you wish to modify. 2.. Highlight the text you wish to have double spaced or select all. 3.. Right-click the selected text and click Format. 4.. Click Paragraph. 5.. In the Paragraph window under spacing change from Single to Double and then click Ok -- hth Al Campagna Microsoft Access MVP http://home.comcast.net/~cccsolutions/index.html "Find a job that you love... and you'll never work a day in your life." This is the first time I have use word 2007. How do I double space? Please ask this Word question in a Word support forum. This forum is for a different program, Microsoft Access - the webpage can be confusing and may have misled you. Scroll down the list of subject areas and find Word. I'd reply but there are several different ways to do it, and I'm not sure myself which is preferred by the real Word experts! -- John W. Vinson [MVP] |
