Quick Question on reports
Hello out there, I'm new at Access and am practicing spacing between columns
on a Access report. The "Dummy" book tells me to "Click the Select All box" in the layout view but I'm not sure what they are talking about. If I click on any item within the layout view that item is bolded not all the items, where is the select all box on the layout view of the report? -- LJ |

Quick Question on reports
I don't know about the Select All box, but if you press Ctrl + A while in
design view it should select everything. Alternatively, you can use the mouse to "draw" a box on the report. Anything that falls wholly or partially within the box will be selected. Another option: press and hold the Shift key while clicking to select or unselect specific controls. It may be somewhat different in Access 2007. What I have written applies to Access 2003 and earlier. "ljankovsky" wrote in message ... Hello out there, I'm new at Access and am practicing spacing between columns on a Access report.
