+ not saved before country code
I use OUtlook 2007 over 2 years and since recently when I add a new contact
on my PC the '+' disappears before '31' as the country code for Netherlands, when I save the new contact. when I edit an exisitng phone number in another contact the already saved '+' disappears. When I create the new contact in my phone (synchronized through an exhange account0 then the '+' stays saved in the contact. what needi do to let this function normally on my PC?
