Default Office 2007 SP2 Breaks Direct Booking from Resource Calendar (Outl

Hi All,

Strange issue just popped up. Admins were direct booking conference room
resources from the resource calendar without issue.

Last week, 5 people were able to book the same resource at the same time.
What I found out is that all the users opened the resource calendar from
Outlook (Open other users folder, resource calendar, and book the resource).
The resources get booked and show on the user calendar even though it says a
conflict at the top of the meeting request. Resource books everytime without
a conflict message. If a user books the conference room as themselves, there
is no issue.

I have narrowed it down to Office 2007 SP2. Pre Service Pack 2, the
resources would not allow a double book and everything worked flawlessly so I
know it's not a configuration problem. I believe I have tried all the post
SP2 updates. Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks

-Joe
