Default who can i view the items on the desk top larger

every thing on the computer appears small and i need it larger how can i
adjust it to look larger example (while playing cards the cards are small and
i need large cards)

This question has nothing to do with Microsoft Word (much less tables in MS
Word). You may need to change your screen resolution, or there may be an
option wrt icon size.
