Why doesn't money sign show in mail merge?
When I merge my database (using Excel) the money appears as text. How do I
get the money to appear with the money sign?

Dollar amounts don't get dollar signs by default. That is just a formatting

Why doesn't money sign show in mail merge?
Excel does not actually store the number with the dollar sign and Word only
sees the information in the way that it is stored in Excel.
