Default changing percentages in an excell speadsheet

Locate where the percentages are in the existing spreadsheet for 2003.
That is where you need to change for 2004

Let's assume you have formulas such as =Net Pay*.075 which is 7.5% of Net Pay.

You can select all cells with this formula and EditReplace

What: .075
With: .065

Replace all.

If more complex than this, post back with what you are trying to do, with a
sample of your data....sample, not an attached workbook.
