Default Problems using output from QBF in another form

Hi. I have searched to no avail, and I really hope someone can help me. I
have successful set up a QBF relationship, which brings up the data correctly
in the Query. However, I do not want the data in the query, I would like to
use the resulting records in another form. I have set up the form to use the
query, but that doesn't bring up my QBF dialog box. How do I use a QBF
dialog box to run the query and then bring up a new form with the results?

Thanks so much,
Angela
