how can i email a presentation and have it start without any interaction from
the recepient?

Save the ppt as a PowerPoint Show before attaching it to the email. File
Save As Save As Type PowerPoint Show. Now the recipients only need to double click on the attachment to play the presentation. Or just change the extension to .pps.
