Business Contacts not loading proper history form
Problem Description: I am using the Business Contacts in
Business Contacts Manager within Outlook. The problem is that the history file does not load properly when I open up my contacts folder. This is where for a given contact, it shows all emails; phone calls and other history that occurred with that specific contact. I emailed you some weeks ago and the technician informed me to delete the file called "Frmcache.dat" Apparently the problem has to do with how the form loads. I have repeatedly deleted the file over the last few days; made sure I deleted from my recycle bin then rebooted. It has not fixed the problem. I have come to rely on this feature so much so, that I am very much lost without it. What can I do to fix the problem? By the way, I have all the latest updates on my computer and I run virus check every other day for updates. |
