Default Removing Outlook Without CD

Hello,

I have Office 2003 Standard installed on my computer. I received Outlook
2007 from my Exchange hosting and attempted to upgrade Outlook from that
install. The install failed because it was looking for a .cab file from the
Office install which was downloaded. I have misplaced the downloaded file, so
I canceled the upgrade and now Outlook 2003 does not function. I have tried
uninstalling Outlook, but it wants the YI561403.cab file to uninstall it.
Does anyone have a suggestion for removing Outlook without the file or CD?

It looks like this will only remove previous versions (XP, 2000, 97) of
office. Where could I find 2007 RK?
