Default trouble with web page preview

everytime I do a webpage preview it opens the preview in
powerpoint. does anyone have any idea of why it does
this, if there is any place where I can change something
to stop it

You need to change your file assocation for your internet files. This is
unrelated to Publisher or Powerpoint. If you open Windows Explorer, go to
Tools Folder Options File Types Tab, you can change the association. You
can get more details if you type file association in your Windows Help
system.
