how do i get excel text to change colour at a certain limit
i am setting up an employee absence sheet whereas people are allowed 10 days
sick leave before action is taken, i want my sheet to turn red at number 9 so that the managers are alerted to have a meeting with the employee before action is taken, how do i get excel text to change colour at a certain limit
