Do you mean turn on an off based on when you'll be in or out of the office?
No.

Could this be a feature added in the future? If I could set an auto
response for when I will be out of office and it can be sent automaticly when
one of my out of office appointments come up on my calendar it would help a
lot!

It would be nice. I thought I read that Outlook 2007 with Exchaneg 2007
will allow it., but someone familiar with that pairing can say for sure.

Outlook 2007 + Exchange 2007 allow the user to preschedule a single start/stop sequence for the out-of-office assistant. There is no automatic feature such as ThunderAl describes.
