If I could set an auto response for when I will be out of office and it can be sent automaticly when one of my out of office appointments come up on my calendar it would help a lot! |

Outlook 2007 + Exchange 2007 allow the user to preschedule a single start/stop sequence for the out-of-office assistant. There is no automatic feature such as ThunderAl describes.
