print issue

I can no longer print e-mails from Outlook Express 6. When I try I get the
message "There was an internal error, and Internet Explorer is unable to
print this document." It used to work. I don't know what has changed. If I
copy the e-mail to a Word document, I can print that fine. What's going on?

Please state your IE version full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista
SP1) when posting to this newsgroup.

Can you print an IE page or does the same thing happen?

Internet Explorer Version 7.0.5730.11 Build 75730. I can't print an IE page
either--same result.

Okay. After following this step, Internet Explorer stopped working properly.
I uninstalled it, downloaded it from MS again and re-installed it. It now
seems to work, I can print from Outlook Express and I can print from Internet
Explorer. Thanks for getting me on the right track and (indirectly) solving
my problem.

That suggests that IE7 hadn't been installed properly in the first place.
