Multiple Installs of Outlook
I am presently using Office/Outlook XP. For a project, I
need to be using Outlook 2000. I have CD's for both Office XP and 2000. Can I install just Outlook 2000 and not the rest of Office 2000? Do I need to uninstall Outlook XP first? I have a disk backup of my Outlook.pst file just in case. What preparations (internet connections, etc..) shoud I do before trying this? THANKS! |

Multiple Installs of Outlook
you can only install one version of outlook - either dual boot or get vmware
for the other version - it's much less trouble than uninstalling and reinstalling and dealing with issues that may arise. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Author, Google and Other Search Engines (Visual QuickStart Guide) Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com "BobK" wrote in message ...
