Default Access runtime: xxxx can't start the spelling checker because itisn't installed

I saw an earlier post (From February) about this and it explained the
problem between different versions of Office.

I distribute an app that envokes Spell Cecker from Access Runtime
2000. This works fine from Office 2000 up Including on my Vista Home
Premium/Office 2007 Enterprise test box. I have received 2 reports of
this error from users now and wonder if anyone has any idaes why it
would work in my environment and not the others.

Thanks!
