Default Forms emailed that have drop down menus

I have created a form that has drop down menus for our employee's. After they
fill it out they click on send a copy....Now the reciepeint cannot see what
was put into the drop down menus (that part of the form is blank). So Now I
have the employee's send it as an attachment. This works but the reciepeint
now also can enter into the drop down menus. Another words change the
document.....If you need more info please ask. Thanks

Hi

Word forms aren't designed to be a secure way of transmitting information or
to prevent a recipient from changing the contents. In the end, if someone
can read text o a screen, they can copy or re-type the document. There is no
perfectly secure way. But saving your files as a PDF file might enable you
to distribute the completed forms more effecitvely.

Hope this helps.
