Default A new icon on my calendar reminders?!?

I have birthdays in my Outlook and I just recently noticed something that is
a little scary. My birthdays show up at the top of the calendar (before the
timed section) as before, but now the appear on the day and the day after and
have a little clock-looking thing. I'm supposing it has something to do with
the fact that they are scheduled as an "all day" task. They didn't show up
that way two weeks ago when I was cleaning things up. What's happening now?

did you change outlook's time zone? open one of the birthdays up and see if
it's set for all day or something like 11pm-11pm.
