Default Creating Multiple Users? Outlook 2007

Currently I am using a computer that is shared within my family. As of now, someone is already using Microsoft Outlook. I would like to know how to setup multiple accounts for Outlook (possibly password protected) so that both myself and the rest of my family can use Outlook. Anyone know how to do this?

Just set up separate Windows User Accounts for each member of the family.
Each member will then get a separate instance of Outlook to use...

Is there a way to do this all under one user account?
