Default spreadsheet problem

Hi
using 2007
I was working on a spreadsheet yesterday inserting a date as
24/1020009 and I hit a key (Idon't know what it was) on the numeric
keypad and now every time I hit a number on the numeric keypad the
cursor moves to the last cell of the sheet

This is also exhibiting weird behaviour on my other spreadsheets too,
though some are behaving differently

But it doesn't happen when I uses the keyboard numbers

I have just realised while typing this message that this numeric
keyboard behaviour is happening here too

Can someone help me resolve this problem please?

Default spreadsheet problem

Did you accidentally turn off NumLock? That would turn 1 into an End key, 3
into PgDn, 7 into Home, 9 into PgUp, etc. (on most keyboards).

Hope this helps,

Hutch

Thanks Hutch
Yes, apparently I did accidentally turn off NumLock
This was quite mystifying for 2 days until I happened to notice that
the numlock light was out.
Another lesson learned
